摘要: 本文深入剖析了昆山市在多元化治理模式的框架下，如何创造性地融合与升华传统“枫桥经验”，通过深度法治化实践，有效促进矛盾纠纷的及时化解与社会治理模式的现代化转型。通过细致梳理昆山市具体实践案例，本文不仅揭示了昆山市在推广“枫桥经验”过程中取得的法治化创新成就，包括提高了矛盾纠纷化解率、提升了法治化水平、提高了社会治理效能等，还深刻提炼出了一系列具有普遍指导意义的经验教训。这些经验教训涵盖了从顶层设计到基层实践、从法治思维到社会治理能力等多方面的宝贵启示，旨在为其他地区在推进社会治理现代化进程中提供有益参考和借鉴。本文的研究不仅丰富了“枫桥经验”的理论内涵，也为构建更加和谐、高效、法治化的社会治理体系贡献了新的智慧与力量。

Abstract: This paper deeply analyzes how Kunshan creatively integrates and sublimates the traditional “Fengqiao experience” under the framework of a diversified governance model, and effectively promotes the timely resolution of contradictions and disputes and the modernization and transformation of the social governance model through in-depth rule of law practice. By carefully combing the specific practice cases of Kunshan City, this paper not only reveals the innovative achievements of the rule of law in the process of promoting the “Fengqiao experience” in Kunshan City, including improving the rate of conflict and dispute resolution, improving the level of rule of law, and improving the efficiency of social governance, but also profoundly extracts a series of lessons with universal guiding significance. These lessons and lessons cover valuable enlightenment from top-level design to grassroots practice, from rule of law thinking to social governance capacity, etc., aiming to provide useful reference and reference for other regions in promoting the modernization of social governance. The research in this paper not only enriches the theoretical connotation of the “Fengqiao experience”, but also contributes new wisdom and strength to the construction of a more harmonious, efficient and law-based social governance system.
