《教师数字素养》背景下高师院校师范生数字素养培养
Training of Digital Literacy of Normal University Students under the Background of “Teachers’ Digital Literacy”
摘要: 师范生数字素养是教师数字素养的重要组成部分,是评定高师院校数字教育工作的重要依据,也是高等教育数字化转型的推动力。2023教育部发布《教师数字素养》教育行业标准,这一标准为师范生指出了数字素养提升的方向和道路。因此,为提高师范生数字素养,应从细化和规范高师院校师范生数字素养培养内容入手,树立正确的数字化意识;改革课程体系,提升师范生数字知识和技能;强化师范生应用实践能力,提高师范生教育教学能力;创新专业发展途径,促进师范生专业发展;提高师范生数字道德,促进师范生的数字素养逐步达到《教师数字素养》标准的要求。
Abstract: Normal university students’ digital literacy is an important part of teachers’ digital literacy, an important basis for evaluating digital education in normal universities, and a driving force for the digital transformation of higher education. The Ministry of Education issued the “Teacher Digital Literacy” education industry standard, which points out the direction and road for normal university students to improve digital literacy. Therefore, in order to improve the digital literacy of normal college students, we should start from refining and standardizing the cultivation content of digital literacy of normal college students, and establish the correct digital consciousness. Reform the curriculum system to improve students’ digital knowledge and skills; Strengthen the practical ability of normal university students and improve their teaching ability; To innovate the way of professional development and promote the professional development of normal university students; Improve the digital morality of normal university students, and promote the digital literacy of normal university students to gradually meet the requirements of the “Teacher Digital Literacy” standard.
