孤独症儿童父母创伤后成长的现状与影响因素：主题分析

The Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Post-Traumatic Growth in Parents of Children with Autism: A Thematic Analysis

摘要: 对15名自闭症儿童父母的访谈资料进行分析，产生了四个主题。它们分别是：个人力量明显增强、人际关系大大改善、生活感悟不断加深、对孩子的未来比较担心和迷茫。最后一个主题是其他研究没有涉及的，也是今后无论从理论层面还是实践层面都应该重点关注的。影响自闭症儿童父母创伤后成长的主要因素包括重要他人的支持、伴侣的支持、家庭经济收入、文化背景、社会现实和父母角色。其中，文化背景和社会现实因素是以往的研究较少或者没有涉及到的。与已有研究结论不同的是，经历过创伤性事件的父母比之前更看重金钱。

Abstract: The thematic analysis of the interview data of 15 parents of autistic children yielded four themes. They are: the power of parents is significantly enhanced, interpersonal relationships are greatly improved, life perception is constantly deepening, and children’s future is relatively worried and confused. The last topic has not been covered in previous research and should be focused on both theoretical and practical aspects in the future. The main influencing factors of the post-traumatic growth of parents of autistic children include the support of significant others and partners, family income, cultural background, social reality, and parents’ roles. Among them, cultural background and social reality were few or not covered in previous studies. Parents who experience traumatic events value money more than before, which is different from previous research findings.
