浅析新媒体视域下大学生心理健康教育的问题及策略

A Brief Analysis on the Problems and Strategies of College Students’ Mental Health Education from the Perspective of New Media

摘要: 在数字化媒体盛行的当下，高校学生的心理健康教育迎来了前所未有的变革契机与待解难题。信息技术的日新月异，不仅极大地塑造了网络环境，更潜移默化地作用于大学生的心理状态。文章剖析了大学生心理健康的内涵、当前所遭遇的问题挑战，以及在新媒体背景下，大学生心理健康教育所展现的独特特征，并据此提出了相应的策略构想。旨在通过一系列举措，诸如推动心理健康教育与新媒体平台融合、加强高校心理健康教育工作者的专业队伍建设、以及建立健全新媒体心理健康教育的监督与管理机制，从而促进大学生心理健康水平的全面提升与持续成长。

Abstract: With the prevalence of digital media, college students’ mental health education has ushered in unprecedented opportunities for change and problems to be solved. The rapid development of information technology has not only greatly shaped the network environment, but also imperceptibly affected the psychological state of college students. This paper analyzes the connotation of college students’ mental health, the current problems and challenges encountered, and the unique characteristics of college students’ mental health education under the background of new media and puts forward the corresponding strategy. Through a series of measures, such as promoting the integration of mental health education and new media platforms, strengthening the construction of professional teams of mental health educators in colleges and universities, and establishing and improving the supervision and management mechanism of new media mental health education, the aim is to promote the overall improvement and sustainable growth of the mental health level of college students.
