摘要: 在数字化背景下，我国对大数据的创新发展以及大数据在心理健康教育中的应用给予了高度关注。将数字技术应用于高校的心理健康教育领域，既能够及时地掌握大学生的心理状况，又能够改善高校心理健康教育方式，从而有利于提升大学生心理健康教育的成效。基于此，文章对大数据时代下的高校心理健康教育现状进行剖析，探索了大数据环境下高校学生心理健康教育的优化路径，以期能够推动高校心理健康教育的高质量发展。

Abstract: Under the background of digitalization, China has paid great attention to the innovative development of big data and its application in mental health education. The application of digital technology in the field of mental health education in colleges and universities can not only grasp the psychological status of college students in time, but also improve the way of mental health education in colleges and universities, which is conducive to improving the effectiveness of mental health education for college students. Based on this, this paper analyzes the current situation of college mental health education in the era of big data and explores the optimization path of college students’ mental health education under the environment of big data in order to promote the high-quality development of college mental health education.
