摘要: 民族器乐人才的培养面临学生专业水平参差不齐、学习动力不足、缺乏明确目标和创新精神等方面的挑战。以提升教育质量为目标，从演奏基础的客观性、音乐人才培养的主观性，以及“五步”课堂模式三个方面入手，通过有效的教学模式激发学生的学习动力，培养其正确的世界观、人生观和价值观，以实现教育的真正价值和魅力。

Abstract: The cultivation of national instrumental music talents faces challenges such as uneven professional levels of students, insufficient learning motivation, lack of clear goals and innovative spirit. With the goal of improving the quality of education, starting from the objectivity of performance foundation, the subjectivity of music talent cultivation, and the “five-step” classroom model, through an effective teaching model to stimulate students’ learning motivation and cultivate their correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, so as to realize the true value and charm of education.
