摘要: 就业是民生之本，大学毕业生就业权益的保障，不仅关乎毕业生个人价值的充分展现，也是社会和谐稳定与持续进步的基石。毕业生权益的受损不仅限制了其就业机会，还阻碍了人才市场的顺畅流动。本文审视求职市场上毕业生面临的侵权现状和主要原因，进而提出针对性的解决策略，以期为优化我国大学毕业生就业权益保护体系提供有益参考与启示。

Abstract: Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood, and the protection of the employment rights and interests of college graduates is not only related to the full display of their personal value, but also the cornerstone of social harmony, stability, and sustained progress. The infringement of the rights and interests of graduates not only limits their employment opportunities, but also hinders the smooth flow of the talent market. This article examines the current situation and main reasons for infringement faced by graduates in the job market, and proposes targeted solutions in order to provide useful reference and inspiration for optimizing the protection system of employment rights and interests of university graduates in China.
