国际海事公约的文体特征与翻译技巧
Stylistic Features and Translation Techniques of International Maritime Conventions
摘要: 随着全球航运业的不断扩展，海事法律与规章制度在促进航运领域的跨文化交流中扮演着关键角色，日益成为指导并规范世界各国航运行为的法律基础。鉴于中国在全球航运版图中的重要地位，对海事法律英语进行准确的汉语翻译研究显得愈发迫切和重要。本文旨在探讨国际海事公约的文体特征，并分析其中的翻译技巧，以期为该领域的翻译工作提供一定的指导和借鉴。
Abstract: With the development of shipping globalization, maritime laws and regulations play an important role in cross-cultural communication in shipping, and gradually become the legal basis for restraining and regulating the actions of countries in the shipping world. As China is a major shipping country in the world, the study of Chinese translation of maritime laws and regulations has become more and more important. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the stylistic features of international maritime conventions and analyze the translation techniques in order to provide certain guidance and reference for the translation work in this field.
