乡村全面振兴视角下农村电子商务发展面临的困境与对策研究

Study on Dilemmas and Countermeasures Facing the Development of Rural E-Commerce under the Perspective of Comprehensive Rural Revitalization

摘要: 近年来，在乡村全面振兴战略实施和互联网信息技术蓬勃发展的机遇下，农村电子商务取得了一系列成果。但不可忽视，相比于城市，农村电子商务的发展面临着更加严峻的现实困境，主要体现在基础设施的薄弱、市场竞争的激烈以及高等人才的缺乏上。基于此，应从完善基础设施、发展特色农业、培养适配性人才方面入手，促进农村电子商务的发展进步。

Abstract: In recent years, rural e-commerce has achieved a series of results under the implementation of the strategy of comprehensive revitalization of the countryside and the opportunities arising from the booming development of Internet information technology. However, it cannot be ignored that, compared with the city, the development of rural e-commerce faces a more severe reality dilemma, which is mainly reflected in the weak infrastructure, fierce market competition and the lack of higher talents. Based on this, the development of rural e-commerce should be promoted by improving infrastructure, developing specialty agriculture and cultivating suitable talents.
