子宫脂肪平滑肌瘤1例并文献分析

Uterine Lipoleiomyoma: A Case Report and Literature Review

摘要: 子宫脂肪平滑肌瘤是一种良性肿瘤，发病率较低，因其症状、体征、影像学表现无特异性，术前诊断困难，明确诊断需依靠病理检查。本文报告妇科恶性肿瘤合并子宫脂肪平滑肌瘤1例，针对该病的发病特点、临床表现、影像学表现、病理诊断及治疗进行分析，并复习相关文献，为了解该病特点、指导临床诊治提供帮助。

Abstract: Uterine lipoleiomyoma is a benign tumor with a low incidence rate. Because its symptoms, signs, and imaging manifestations are nonspecific, it is difficult to make a preoperative diagnosis. A clear diagnosis needs to rely on pathological examination. This paper reports a case of gynecological malignant tumor combined with uterine lipoleiomyoma. This paper analyzes the characteristics, clinical manifestations, imaging findings, pathological diagnosis, and treatment of this disease and performs a literature review, so as to provide help for understanding the characteristics of this disease and guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment.
