线上线下混合式教学模式实践研究——以《导游业务》课程为例
Research on the Practice of Blended Online and Offline Teaching Mode—Taking the Course of “Tour Guide Business” as an Example
摘要: 随着信息技术的席卷,智能环境已经在潜移默化地改变着“教”与“学”的方式。当代大学生热衷于网络,具备较好的信息化处理能力。《导游业务》作为旅游管理专业的核心课程,具备了知识体系繁杂、实践性强的特点,该门课程信息化混合式教学也是势在必行。针对该课程数字化建设的思路从以下几个方面展开:首先整合序化课程结构;其次,根据梳理内容新建及优化数字化资源;日常教学采用混合式教学方式,并注重跨校合作共建数字化资源;同时,编写课程配套的融媒体工作手册式教材。通过全方位的数字化转型,对于助力学生技能大赛、全国导游证资格考试、全面提升实际带团工作能力都起到了显著的作用。
Abstract: With the sweeping of information technology, intelligent environments have been subtly changing the way of “teaching” and “learning”. Contemporary college students are enthusiastic about the Internet and possess good information processing abilities. As a core course in tourism management, “Tour Guide Business” has the characteristics of a complex knowledge system and strong practicality. Therefore, it is imperative to implement information-based blended teaching for this course. The ideas for the digital construction of this course are developed from the following aspects: firstly, integrating the sequential course structure; secondly, creating and optimizing digital resources based on the sorted content; adopting blended learning methods for daily teaching, and emphasizing cross-school cooperation to jointly build digital resources; at the same time, writing integrated media work manual style textbooks for the course. Through comprehensive digital transformation, it has played a significant role in assisting students in skills competitions and national tour guide qualification exams and comprehensively improving their practical ability to lead tour groups.
