经间期出血的中医研究进展

Research Progress in TCM for Intermenstrual Bleeding

摘要: 经间期出血在妇科疾病中发病率较高，且病因尚未完全阐明，其临床表现主要为两次月经中间出现周期性的少量阴道出血，若出血量增多，出血时间延长，失治误治则易发展为崩漏。本病严重影响广大女性的生活及身心健康，西医一般是采用雌激素等药物治疗，此病虽用药简便，但只治其标，且存在一定程度副作用。中医药在治疗本病积累了丰富的经验，本文通过文献研究，主要介绍了近期中医药在经间期出血治疗上的研究进展。

Abstract: Intermenstrual bleeding has a high incidence in gynecological diseases, and the etiology has not been fully elucidated. Its clinical manifestations are mainly cyclical minor vaginal bleeding between two menstrual periods. If the bleeding volume increases and the bleeding time is prolonged, it is easy to develop into collapse and leakage if it is not treated or treated incorrectly. This disease has a great impact on the lives and mental health of many women. Western medicine usually uses estrogen drugs to treat it, although this is a simple method of treatment, but only treats the symptoms and has certain side effects. Traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated rich experience in treating this disease. This paper mainly introduces the recent research progress of TCM in the treatment of intermenstrual bleeding through literature research.
