小型货运汽车车架结构有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of Structural Statics of Small Freight Vehicle Frames
摘要: 随着对车辆要求的提高,需要对现有的车架性能进行分析从而为之后的优化奠定理论基础。由于车架本身工作状态的复杂性,传统力学计算根本无法对其进行准确的分析。以某小型货运汽车车架为研究对象,使用SolidWorks进行三维建模并对其进行静力学分析与模态分析,结果表明:在不同工况下均符合强度与刚度的设计要求,且不会发生共振。该货车车架结构满足设计要求。
Abstract: With the improvement of vehicle requirements, it is necessary to analyze the performance of the existing frame so as to lay a theoretical foundation for future optimization. Due to the complexity of working state of the frame itself, the traditional mechanical calculation can’t analyze it accurately. This paper takes the frame of a light truck as the research object. It uses SolidWorks software to carry out 3D modeling and carries out finite element static analysis and modal analysis on it. The results show that the design requirements of strength and stiffness are met under different working conditions and no resonance occurs. The frame structure of the truck meets the design requirements.
