纯电动物流车动力性设计及优化
Power Design and Optimization of Pure Electric Logistics Vehicle
摘要: 以某款纯电动物流车为例,依据该车的基本参数,进行动力系统参数匹配,通过理论计算进行驱动电机等部件的选型。使用AVL-Cruise建立整车模型,设置相关动力性及经济性任务,进行仿真计算,仿真结果表明,参数匹配设计方案满足车辆最高车速、加速性能、最大爬坡度等设计指标,通过Cruise与Isight联合仿真对传动比进行了优化,提升了续航里程,为纯电动物流车相关研究提供参考。
Abstract: Taking a pure electric logistics vehicle as an example, based on the basic parameters of the vehicle, the parameters of the power system were matched, and the driving motor and other components were selected through theoretical calculation. The vehicle model was established with AVL-Cruise, and relevant dynamic and economic tasks were set up. The simulation results showed that the parameter matching design scheme met the maximum vehicle speed, acceleration performance, maximum climb and other design indicators. The transmission ratio was optimized by Cruise and Isight co-simulation, to provide reference for the pure electric logistics vehicle related research.
