摘要: 随着西式餐饮习惯渗透和休闲食品需求持续增长，短保面包等烘焙食品扩容迅速，是一个明显的高增长、高壁垒的品类赛道。桃李面包作为“面包第一股”，研究其供应链的管理优化问题具有重要意义。本文以哈佛框架为基础，对桃李面包战略、财务等进行研究，分析供应链发展现状，为企业未来的供应链管理优化建言献策。

Abstract: With the penetration of western catering habits and the continuous growth of demand for leisure food, the rapid expansion of baked goods such as short bread is an obvious category track with high growth and high barriers. As the “first stock in bread”, it is of great significance to study the management optimization of Tao Li Bread supply chain. Based on the Harvard framework, this paper studies the strategy and finance of Tao Li Bread, analyzes the current situation of supply chain development, and provides suggestions for enterprises to optimize supply chain management in the future.
