Abstract: E-commerce is an indispensable part of the modern economic system, which not only brings a large number of jobs, but also facilitates people’s lives. With the increasing competition in the e-commerce market, the digital transformation of supply chain management has become a major issue facing the development of many e-commerce enterprises. The innovation of digital supply chain management is not only a key measure to improve enterprise operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, reduce operating costs, and strengthen supply chain resilience, but also an inevitable choice to maintain enterprise competitiveness. The research focuses on strategies such as increasing research on data security technology, adopting standardized data interfaces, establishing supplier management platforms, and gradually investing in stages, exploring specific solutions for e-commerce enterprises to innovate their supply chain management models. I hope that research recommendations can improve the supply chain management level of e-commerce enterprises and achieve long-term sustainable development.
