电商经济背景下社会工作助力农村电商人才培养路径研究

摘要: 数字时代下，电子商务成为乡村发展的新机遇。人才开发是推进农村电商快速发展的重要战略资源，在拉动乡村经济发展、促进农村就业创业和推动数字乡村建设方面发挥积极作用。当前农村电商人才培养滞后已经成为限制农村电商发展的制约因素，面对农村电商人才培养体系不健全、电商人才资源稀缺、培养服务长效机制缺失的问题，可以从社会工作视角出发，探索电商经济背景下农村电商人才培养路径，以期加快农村电商发展进程。

Abstract: In the digital era, e-commerce has become a new opportunity for rural development. Talent development is an important strategic resource to promote the rapid development of rural e-commerce, and plays a positive role in stimulating rural economic development, promoting rural employment and entrepreneurship and promoting the construction of digital villages. The current lack of rural e-commerce talent has become a constraint limiting the development of rural e-commerce, and in the face of the problems of unsound rural e-commerce talent cultivation system, scarce e-commerce talent resources, and the lack of long-term mechanism for cultivation services, we can explore the path of rural e-commerce talent cultivation in the context of e-commerce economy from the perspective of social work, with a view to accelerating the development process of rural e-commerce.
