Professor Xie Ping’s Experience in Treating Subchorionic Hematoma: Insights and Learnings

摘要: 本文总结了谢萍教授在治疗绒毛膜下血肿的经验。谢萍教授认为绒毛膜下血肿脾肾不足时基本病机，“瘀血”是主要病理产物，并提出“三审”治疗原则：一审临床症状之有无，以查病情之缓急；二审血肿面积之大小，以定中西医结合之需要；三审疾病进展之变化，以察预后之良否。

Abstract: This article summarizes Professor Xie Ping’s experience in treating subchorionic hematomas. Professor Xie believes that the fundamental pathogenesis of subchorionic hematomas is a deficiency in the spleen and kidneys, with “stasis of blood” being the main pathological product. She has proposed the “three reviews” treatment principle: first, to assess the presence or absence of clinical symptoms to determine the urgency of the condition; second, to evaluate the size of the hematoma to decide the need for a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine; and third, to monitor the progression of the disease to predict the prognosis.
