Abstract: As the lifeblood of urban operations, the municipal water supply and drainage system is not only crucial to the maintenance of daily life order, but also a key driving force in the optimization of urban ecological environment and sustainable development. It is directly related to the quality of citizens’ lives and is an important criterion for evaluating the degree of urban civilization. With the significant acceleration of urbanization, traditional building construction technology is gradually revealing its limitations in meeting the high standards and quality required for modern urban infrastructure construction. Facing the current urgent situation and challenges, we urgently need to comprehensively strengthen the refined management of urban water supply and drainage engineering projects, and strictly control all stages of planning, design, construction, and acceptance to ensure that the project can not only be completed to high standards and can achieve remarkable achievements in technological innovation and practical application. Achieving this goal not only requires high-level attention and support, but also requires us to formulate and implement a series of precise and effective strategies to ensure that every step in the entire process can be implemented accurately and achieve the set goals.
