银龄教师的教学恐惧——线上教学的反思与应对
Silver Age Teachers’ Teaching Fear—Reflection and Coping with Online Teaching
摘要: 近年来随着科技的飞速发展,教育信息化不断向前推进,数字化教学资源的普及、科技辅助的教学管理、线上教学等逐渐迫使银龄教师必须走出熟悉的教学舒适区,银龄教师面对这场教学范式变革充满恐惧。银龄教师的线上教学恐惧是在应对线上教学造成的教学形态的一系列转变时所产生的一种畏难心理。银龄教师线上教学恐惧可分为以下三种类型:技术恐惧、交往恐惧、数字恐惧。为应对线上教学恐惧的消极影响,银龄教师可以从以下几方面入手去克服恐惧:掌握技术,克服恐惧;适应线上交往新常态,加强家校沟通桥梁;建立教学安全规范,必要时进行心理疏导与寻求外界支持。
Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of technology, educational informatization has continued to advance, and the popularization of digital teaching resources, technology-assisted teaching management, and online teaching has gradually forced silver-haired teachers to step out of their familiar teaching comfort zones. Silver-haired teachers are filled with fear in the face of this transformation in teaching paradigms. Their fear of online teaching stems from a reluctance to confront the series of changes in teaching formats brought about by online teaching. This fear can be categorized into three types: technology fear, communication fear, and digital fear. To address the negative impacts of online teaching fear, silver-haired teachers can overcome their fears by focusing on the following aspects: mastering technology to overcome fear, adapting to the new normal of online communication and strengthening the bridge of communication between home and school, and establishing teaching safety norms, with psychological counseling and seeking external support when necessary.
