小学语文课堂教学过程性评价的问题及对策探究
The Problems and Countermeasures of the Process Evaluation of Primary School Chinese Classroom Teaching
摘要: 小学阶段的学生处于身心发展的重要时期,具有极强的可塑性和好奇心。优化小学语文课堂教学过程性评价既符合我国相关政策要求,也有助于及时检查和改进教师的教和学生的学,促进师生共同发展,实现“以评促学”“以评促教”的价值意义。针对当前小学语文课堂教学过程性评价存在的问题,本文提出相应改进策略:强调过程结果并重,追求发展价值取向;完善评价内容,促进学生全面发展;创新评价主体,共同构建评价标准;借助信息技术,改进多元评价方法;形成反馈闭环,合理运用评价结果。
Abstract: Primary school students are in an important period of physical and mental development, with strong plasticity and curiosity. Optimizing the process evaluation of primary school Chinese classroom teaching is not only in line with the relevant policy requirements of our country, but also helps to timely check and improve teachers’ teaching and students’ learning, promote the common development of teachers and students, and realize the value of “promoting learning by evaluation” and “promoting teaching by evaluation”. In view of the problems existing in the process evaluation of primary school Chinese classroom teaching, this paper puts forward corresponding improvement strategies: emphasizing the equal emphasis on process results, pursuing the development value orientation; improving the evaluation content, promoting the all-round development of students; innovating the evaluation subject and jointly constructing evaluation standards; with the help of information technology, improving multivariate evaluation methods; forming a feedback closed loop and using the evaluation results reasonably.
