摘要: 67岁女性李某因交通事故致颈椎骨折，随后出现食管瘘及广泛感染，虽经治疗仍因多器官功能衰竭死亡。法医鉴定认为其死亡是交通事故与基础疾病(冠心病、肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤)共同作用的结果。文章探讨了颈椎骨折与食管瘘的关联及老年患者在创伤中基础疾病的影响，强调了法医学在复杂死因分析中的重要性。
Abstract: A 67-year-old female named Li suffered a cervical fracture due to a traffic accident, followed by esophageal fistula and widespread infection. Despite treatment, she died from multiple organ failure. Forensic experts believe that his death was the result of a combination of a traffic accident and underlying diseases such as coronary heart disease and pheochromocytoma. The article explores the association between cervical fractures and esophageal fistulas, as well as the impact of underlying diseases in elderly patients with trauma, emphasizing the importance of forensic science in complex cause of death analysis.
