摘要: 老龄化问题是全球性的挑战，随着医疗技术的进步和生活水平的提高，人口寿命显著延长，出生率下降，导致老年人口比例上升。老龄化将对中国的劳动力市场、社会保障体系、医疗卫生服务和养老服务造成巨大的压力，同时也会影响经济增长的可持续性。老龄化问题影响深远，无论是全球还是中国，均面临严峻挑战。制定有效的应对策略和政策，将是各国政府亟需考虑的任务，以实现经济的可持续发展和社会的和谐稳定。

Abstract: Aging is a global challenge, with the advancement of medical technology and the improvement of living standards, the life expectancy of the population has been significantly extended, the birth rate has declined, and the proportion of the elderly population has increased. China’s aging population will put enormous pressure on China’s labor market, social security system, medical and health services, and elderly care services, as well as affect the sustainability of economic growth. The impact of aging is far-reaching, and both the world and China are facing serious challenges. Formulating effective coping strategies and policies will be an urgent task for governments to consider in order to achieve sustainable economic development and social harmony and stability.
