胃癌术后实施早期肠内营养支持护理对患者生活质量的改善探讨
Exploration on the Improvement of Patients’ Quality of Life through Early Enteral Nutrition Support Nursing after Gastric Cancer Surgery
摘要: 目的:探讨胃癌术后重视开展早期肠内营养支持护理对改善患者生活质量的作用。方法:抽取我院胃癌术后患者60例,时间介于2022年1月至2023年1月间,随机分组,各30例,对照组施以常规干预,观察组加强早期肠内营养支持护理。结果:观察组术后恢复时间数据、住院天数均短于对照组(P < 0.05)。在干预后,观察组营养指标即清蛋白、前白蛋白、总蛋白均高于对照组(P < 0.05)。观察组免疫指标即IgG、IgA、IgM高于对照组(P < 0.05)。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P < 0.05)。观察组感染、腹痛等并发症率低于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:胃癌术后重视开展早期肠内营养支持护理可缩短康复时间,改善机体营养状况,增强免疫功能,提高生活质量,且可防范并发症。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the role of early enteral nutrition support nursing in improving patients’ quality of life after gastric cancer surgery. Method: Sixty postoperative patients with gastric cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into 30 groups from January 2022 to January 2023. The control group received routine intervention, while the observation group received early enteral nutrition support nursing. Result: The postoperative recovery time data and hospitalization days in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After intervention, the nutritional indicators such as albumin, prealbumin, and total protein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The immune indicators such as IgG, IgA, and IgM in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications such as infection and abdominal pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Emphasizing early enteral nutrition support nursing after gastric cancer surgery can shorten the recovery time, improve the nutritional status of the body, enhance immune function, improve quality of life, and prevent complications.
