摘要: “教育服务高质量发展”,定期开展教育评价是推动教育事业高质量发展的有效手段。教育发展的成果,通过评估学校的办学水平和办学成效的优劣来彰显。为此,必须采取有效措施大力促进基础教育体系高质量发展,强化教育监测是其中一项重要举措,而迭代共生的学校办学质量评估运行机制显得尤为重要。因此,为了有效发挥学校评价对基础教育办学质量的提升和引领作用,本研究特开展以“发展”为本位的学校办学质量评价运行体系研究。
Abstract: The “high-quality development of educational services” emphasizes that regular educational evaluations serve as an effective mechanism to foster high-quality advancements in education. Evaluating school performance and effectiveness can be used to evaluate the development of education in order to determine the progress made in this field. Consequently, it is imperative to implement strategic measures that promote the high-quality evolution of the basic education system. Enhancing educational monitoring stands out as one of these critical strategies, while refining the operational framework for school quality evaluation is particularly vital. Therefore, this study aims to investigate an operational system for school quality evaluation grounded in the concept of “development”, thereby effectively leveraging school evaluations to enhance and guide the quality of basic education.
