“校城共融”背景下服务地方发展的应用型人才培养模式研究

Research on the Application-Oriented Talent Training Model for Serving Local Development under the Background of “University-City Integration”

摘要: 地方应用型高校是应用型人才培养的主力军，其为地方经济发展和产业转型升级，培养高素质应用型人才提供重要支撑。本文以辽宁科技大学为例，针对当前部分地方高校人才培养在服务地方经济过程中存在的问题，基于“校城共融”理念，从转变观念、深化产教融合、加强教师队伍建设等方面提出优化完善地方应用型高校创新应用型人才培养举措，以更好地与地方产业深度融合和对接，形成共生共享生态圈，助力全面提升应用型人才服务地方经济和社会发展需要。

Abstract: Local applied universities are the main force in cultivating applied talents. It provides important support for local economic development, industrial transformation and upgrading, and cultivating high-quality applied talents. Taking Liaoning University of Science and Technology as an example, this article addresses the issues that currently exist in the process of talent cultivation in some local universities when serving the local economy. Based on the concept of “university-city integration”, it proposes measures to optimize and improve the cultivation of innovative and applied talents in local applied universities by changing concepts, deepening the integration of industry and education, and strengthening the construction of the faculty, in order to better integrate and connect with local industries, form a symbiotic and shared ecosystem, and help comprehensively enhance the ability of applied talents to serve regional economic and social development needs.
