Abstract: With the continuous development of globalization, more and more companies are entering the international market. In the context of rapid internationalization, the EPC model, as an important engineering procurement and construction mode, has been widely used. However, compliance management is a significant challenge in the implementation of the EPC model. This article aims to explore how to manage compliance in the fast internationalization EPC model, in order to provide reference and guidance for enterprises.
