基于CiteSpace的产品预售研究可视化分析

摘要: 本文基于中国知网2010~2024年间收录的关于产品预售研究的期刊文献,运用CiteSpace可视化文献分析工具,从发文数量、关键词共现、关键词聚类及时间线分析角度,对文献数据进行了可视化的分析。分析结果表明:产品预售领域发文总量总体呈现波动式增长,并在2023年达到峰值;从关键词共现分析来看,产品预售研究主要围绕着电子商务、定价策略、生鲜农产品、供应链、策略型消费者等主题进行了多维度的讨论;从关键词聚类分析来看,产品预售研究共形成了9个聚类;最后结合关键词聚类时间线,产品预售研究发展趋势主要分为三个阶段:2010~2014年初步发展阶段,预售在电商行业刚开始兴起;2015~2019年快速发展阶段,产品预售的研究方向不断拓展,覆盖面也更加广泛;2020~2024年创新发展阶段,预售与新零售、双渠道相结合,消费者权益得到关注。
Abstract: Based on the journal literature on product pre-sale research collected by CNKI from 2010 to 2024, this paper uses the CiteSpace visual literature analysis tool to visually analyze the literature data from the perspectives of the number of published articles, keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering and timeline analysis. The analysis results show that the total number of publications in the field of product pre-sale generally showed a fluctuating growth and reached a peak in 2023. From the perspective of keyword co-occurrence analysis, the research on product pre-sale mainly focuses on topics such as e-commerce, pricing strategy, fresh agricultural products, supply chain, and strategic consumers. From the perspective of keyword cluster analysis, a total of 9 clusters were formed in the product pre-sale research. Finally, combined with the keyword clustering timeline, the research trend of product pre-sale is mainly divided into three stages: the initial development stage from 2010 to 2014, when pre-sale began to rise in the e-commerce industry; in the rapid development stage from 2015 to 2019, the research direction of product pre-sale was continuously expanded, and the coverage became more extensive; in the stage of innovation and development from 2020 to 2024, pre-sale was combined with new retail and dual channels, and consumer rights and interests was paid attention to.
