摘要: 本文深入探讨体验经济、交互设计和品牌价值三者之间的相互作用,及其对现代商业环境的影响。通过理论分析和案例研究,揭示体验经济中个性化和情感化体验,对品牌价值构建的重要性,同时在提升用户体验和增强品牌忠诚度方面,交互设计所呈现的作用。另外,本文也指出了企业在体验经济实践中面临的挑战,并提出应对策略,建议企业进行持续创新,方能在市场激烈竞争中获得优势。
Abstract: This paper delves into the interplay among the experience economy, interaction design, and brand value, as well as their impact on the modern business environment. Through theoretical analysis and case studies, it reveals the significance of personalized and emotional experiences in building brand value within the experience economy. Additionally, it highlights the role of interaction design in enhancing user experience and fostering brand loyalty. Furthermore, the paper addresses the challenges companies face in implementing experience economy practices and offers strategies for overcoming these challenges, suggesting that continuous innovation is essential for gaining a competitive edge in a fiercely competitive market.
