数字化背景下民营养老机构发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Civilian Elderly Care Institutions in the Context of Digitization

摘要: 随着我国老龄化现象的日益加剧，养老服务产业成为社会关注的重点领域之一。在数字化背景下，传统的养老机构服务模式已难以满足老年人日益增长的需要，作为养老服务产业重要力量的民营养老机构的发展面临着新的机遇与挑战。目前我国民营养老机构面临着专业人才流失、资金不足等问题，这些问题导致老年人的养老需求迟迟得不到满足。本文针对上述问题，通过分析民营养老机构的现状、困境，探讨数字化背景下民营养老机构的发展路径，提出增加数字化设备、建立数字化平台等优化策略。

Abstract: With the aging population problem becoming more and more serious in China, the elderly care service industry has become one of the key areas of social concern. In the digitization background, the traditional service model of elderly care institutions can no longer meet the increasing needs of the elderly, and the development of civilian elderly care institutions, an important force in the elderly care service industry, faces new opportunities and challenges. Currently, Chinese civilian elderly care institutions are facing problems such as the loss of professional talents and insufficient funds, which have led to the elderly’s long-delayed fulfillment of their care needs. In view of the above problems, this paper, by analyzing the current situation and difficulties of civilian elderly care institutions, discusses the development path of civilian elderly care institutions in the digitization background and puts forward optimization strategies such as increasing digital equipment and establishing a digital platform.
