叙事疗法应用的文献述评

摘要: 近年来叙事疗法作为一种新的理论及方法逐渐应用于各领域以解决具体问题。文章基于对叙事疗法概念，发展脉络以及具体应用模式的探讨，特别注重叙事疗法在社会工作领域的应用研究，以期更好地发挥叙事价值，帮助更多的群体借助具体的叙事技巧解决实际问题，最终实现“助人自助”的宗旨。
Abstract: In recent years, narrative therapy has gradually been applied as a new theory and method in various fields to solve specific problems. The article is based on the exploration of the concept, development context, and specific application modes of narrative therapy, with a particular focus on the application research of narrative therapy in the field of social work in order to better leverage narrative value, help more groups solve practical problems with specific narrative techniques, and ultimately achieve the purpose of “helping people to help themselves”.
