《老人与海》余光中2010译本赏析

Analysis of Yu Guangzhong’s 2010 Translation of The Old Man and the Sea

摘要: 《老人与海》这一作品不仅是海明威的经典之作，而且是世界文学宝库中的一个重要组成部分。在中国有许多知名翻译家、文学大家都翻译过该作品，而对翻译家及其翻译过程的研究也是翻译研究的一个重要组成部分。本文将基于余光中先生的《老人与海》2010译本中所体现出来的翻译特点进行双语赏析，并以孙致礼和余光中的两个版本译文进行比较与赏析，深入探讨文学翻译所涉及的问题。期望能通过反映不同译者如何通过语言的转换来传递原作的美学价值和文化内涵，对培养新一代翻译人才和提升翻译质量有一些启发作用。

Abstract: The Old Man and the Sea is not only a classic work of Ernest Hemingway, but also an important part of the world’s literary treasures. Many well-known translators in China have translated it. And the study of translators and their translation process is also an important part of translation studies. This paper will make a bilingual analysis and appreciation of the translation characteristics embodied in Yu Guangzhong’s 2010 translation of The Old Man and the Sea. It also compares and analyzes the two translation versions, from Sun Zhili and Yu Guangzhong, and discusses in depth the issues involved in literary translation. This study aims to explore how different translators convey the aesthetic value and cultural connotations of the original work through language transformation, with the expectation of providing insights into the cultivation of new generations of translation talents and the enhancement of translation quality.
