中药调控慢性萎缩性胃炎相关信号通路的研究进展

摘要: 慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis, CAG)作为消化系统常见的一种疾病,同时是炎癌转化的关键阶段,一直以来备受关注。其起病隐匿,病程长,发病率高,然而现代医学没有有效的治疗方法。中医治疗CAG具有独特的优势,研究表明多种信号通路与CAG病变相关,对这些信号通路进行干预可以治疗CAG。本文旨在概括中医药对于慢性萎缩性胃炎相关信号通路的影响,以期为中医药治疗CAG提供依据。
Abstract: Chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG), as a frequent disease of the gastrointestinal system and a key stage in the transformation of inflammatory cancers, has been receiving much attention. It has an insidious onset, a long course and a high morbidity rate, yet there is no effective treatment in modern medicine. Chinese medicine has special advantages in treating CAG, and studies have shown that a variety of signaling pathways are associated with CAG lesions, and intervention in these signaling pathways can treat CAG. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the effects of TCM on the signaling pathways associated with chronic atrophic gastritis, with a view to providing a basis for the treatment of CAG with TCM.
