摘要: 近年来，以赛促教作为一种新兴的教育模式得到了广泛关注。分析当前教学模式存在问题，提出以赛促教教学模式内涵。研究了以赛促教的教学模式实施，以赛促教教学模式取得成效。我院把以赛促教教学模式运用到教学过程中，提高学校应用型人才培养质量，提高教师学识能力和塑造良好的教师形象。
Abstract: In recent years, as an emerging education model, promoting teaching has been widely concerned. The paper analyzes the problems of current teaching mode and puts forward the connotation of teaching mode by competition. The implementation of the teaching mode promoted by competition is studied, and the teaching mode promoted by competition has achieved results. Our college adopts the reform of teaching mode promoted by competition to improve the quality of applied talent training and the overall quality of teachers.
