土壤微塑料对蚯蚓的生态毒理影响

摘要: 本研究聚焦土壤中的微塑料对蚯蚓的影响。研究发现,土壤中的微塑料会影响蚯蚓的体重、存活率及表现出回避特征。蚯蚓在接触含微塑料的土壤时,体重可能出现下降趋势,存活率也受到一定程度影响。同时,蚯蚓对微塑料表现出不同程度的回避行为。此外,研究还深入探讨了微塑料对蚯蚓肠道微生物功能的影响,揭示了微塑料可能通过改变肠道微生物群落结构和功能,进一步影响蚯蚓的生长发育和生存状态,为土壤生态系统的保护提供了重要依据。
Abstract: This study focuses on the effect of microplastics in soil on earthworms. The study found that the microplastics in the soil affect the weight, survival rate and avoidance characteristics of earthworms. When earthworms come into contact with microplastic-containing soil, their weight may decline, and their survival rate is also affected to a certain extent. At the same time, earthworms show different degrees of avoidance behavior towards microplastics. In addition, the study also deeply explores the impact of microplastics on the intestinal microbial function of earthworms, revealing that microplastics may further affect the growth, development and survival of earthworms by changing the structure and function of intestinal microbial communities, which provides an important basis for the protection of soil ecosystems.
