摘要: 认知障碍(cognitive impairment, CI)是慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的常见合并症，显著影响健康和临床结局。然而，它在很大程度上被忽视。本文旨在探讨COPD合并CI其流行病学特点、影响因素及干预措施等方面的研究进展，强调了早期检测和干预的必要性，以预防或延迟患者CI的发作或进展，为临床诊治提供参考。
Abstract: Cognitive impairment (CI) is a common comorbidity in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), which significantly affects health and clinical outcomes. However, it has been largely overlooked. The purpose of this article is to discuss the research progress of COPD complicated with CI, its epidemiological characteristics, influencing factors and interventions, and emphasize the necessity of early detection and intervention to prevent or delay the onset or progression of CI in patients, and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
