灵活条件约束下供应链加工运输优化研究
Research on Supply Chain Processing and Transportation Optimization under Flexible Conditional Constraints
摘要: 本文针对农产品加工与运输供应链在复杂市场环境中的灵活性和适应性问题,提出了一种多层次、多路径供应链优化模型。模型允许供应商直接向消费市场销售或通过制造商二次加工后销售,以实现资源的动态高效配置。研究引入变分不等式理论,确保模型在不依赖参数单调性和可微性的条件下,更真实地反映多层次供应链的复杂性。结合多尺度模型学习算法,模型实现了资源分配优化和整体成本降低。结果表明,该模型不仅能够优化供应链资源分配和降低整体成本,还为复杂约束条件下的农产品供应链优化提供了新的理论框架和解决路径。
Abstract: This study addresses the flexibility and adaptability challenges of agricultural product processing and transportation supply chains in complex market environments by proposing a multi-level, multi-path supply chain optimization model. The model allows suppliers to sell directly to consumer markets or through manufacturers for secondary processing, enabling dynamic and efficient resource allocation. The research introduces variational inequality theory, ensuring that the model realistically captures the complexity of multi-level supply chains without relying on parameter monotonicity or differentiability. Coupled with a multi-scale model learning algorithm, the model achieves optimized resource allocation and reduced overall costs. Results demonstrate that the model not only optimizes resource allocation and reduces costs but also provides a new theoretical framework and solution approach for agricultural supply chain optimization under complex constraints.
