基于脑肠轴理论二仙汤加味治疗围绝经期抑郁症医案一则

A Case of Modified Erxian Decoction in the Treatment of Perimenopausal Depression Based on the Theory of Brain-Gut Axis

摘要: 围绝经期抑郁症是指首发于绝经前后1年，由于卵巢功能减退，性激素水平下降或波动而出现的以情绪低落为主要表现的情绪障碍疾病。越来越多的现代研究表明，消化系统与神经系统之间存在着密切联系，人体在心理因素的影响下很容易引起不适的胃肠道反应，反之亦然，这便是“脑肠轴”理论，即存在于中枢神经系统和肠道菌群及其代谢产物之间的双向调节系统。目前，将“脑肠轴”理论结合中医脏腑整体观念，脑病治肠、肠病治脑已得到充分认可。基于此通过对妇科经典方二仙汤进行加味，滋补肾阴肾阳同时调理脾胃，治疗围绝经期抑郁症疗效甚佳，故分享医案一则。

Abstract: Perimenopausal depression (PMD) is a kind of emotional disorder that first appears in one year before and after menopause because of the decline of ovarian function and the decrease or fluctuation of sex hormone level. An increasing number of modern studies have shown that there is a close connection between the digestive system and the nervous system, and that the human body is susceptible to uncomfortable gastrointestinal reactions under the influence of psychological factors, and vice versa, this is known as the “brain-gut axis”, a two-way regulatory system between central nervous system and gut flora and their metabolites. At present, by combining the theory of “brain-gut axis” with the whole concept of zang-fu in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the treatment of brain diseases has been fully recognized. Based on this, the classic prescription of gynecology Erxian Decoction was modified to nourish kidney-yin and kidney-yang while regulating the spleen and stomach, the treatment of Perimenopausal Depression is very effective, so share a medical case.
