河北省旅游民宿空间分布特征及影响因素分析

The Spatial Distribution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Homestays in Hebei Province

摘要: 旅游民宿作为乡村旅游的重要物质载体，以独特的建筑及装饰风格、区域文化集中表现以及个性化旅客服务等特征获得旅游市场的青睐，并在多地形成了集群分布态势。但作为一种旅游新业态，因其市场需求的不同导致空间分布上极不均衡。基此，本研究使用Octopus数据采集技术获取了截至2024年3月20日河北省11个地市正常营业的旅游民宿POI数据，并利用距离最邻近指数、核密度估算等分析方法，分别对河北省旅游民宿空间分布特征、影响因素问题进行了分析。研究发现：河北省旅游民宿空间分布呈“以市区为中心，各市均有旅游民宿集聚点，且每个集聚点集聚效果显著”形态；旅游资源是影响旅游民宿空间分布的最主要因素，旅游民宿空间分布具有严重的景区依赖性，森林覆盖率、交通可达性等对民宿空间分布均无影响。对旅游民宿的空间分布特征及影响因素进行研究，丰富了旅游民宿研究内容，对优化河北省旅游民宿空间布局并促进其高质量均衡发展提供参考。

Abstract: As an important material carrier of rural tourism, homestays have won the favor of the tourism market with their unique architectural and decorative styles, concentrated regional culture, and personalized and thoughtful services, and have formed a cluster distribution trend in multiple places. But as a new form of tourism, the relevant regulatory system cannot keep up with its development speed, resulting in extremely uneven spatial distribution. Based on this, this study used Octopus data collection technology to obtain POI data of homestays operating in 11 cities in Hebei Province as of March 20, 2024. Using analysis methods such as nearest neighbor index and kernel density estimation, the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of homestays in Hebei Province were analyzed. Research has found that Hebei homestays exhibit a clustered distribution, with a multi-core point like distribution and a single core clustered distribution; Based on further analysis of four aspects including tourism resource overview, population overview, regional economic overview, and transportation accessibility, as well as 10 influencing factor indicators, it is found that tourism resources are the most important factor affecting the spatial distribution of homestays, and the distribution of homestays has a serious dependence on scenic spots. On the basis of the above analysis, the research results of homestays have been enriched, with the aim of providing reference for optimizing the spatial layout and high-quality development of homestays in Hebei.
