延长慢呼吸法在婴儿呼吸道感染性疾病中的应用研究进展

摘要: 延长缓慢呼气技术(Prolonged Slow Expiration, PSE)是一种应用于婴儿呼吸道感染性疾病的气道廓清新型技术,患儿通常具有支气管阻塞症状且伴有大量气道粘液分泌。使用该技术后可以增加纤毛粘液清除,减轻呼吸困难。在治疗合并胃食管反流的重症婴儿呼吸道疾病时,即使同时在使用无创呼吸机辅助支持治疗,采用PSE技术也能获得良好疗效,且不加重胃食管反流症状。鉴于PSE在婴幼儿呼吸道疾病物理治疗的优势性,本文拟通过综述最新文献研究,探讨PSE对于婴儿呼吸道感染性疾病的疗效及安全性,为婴幼儿胸部物理治疗新方法提供参考。
Abstract: Prolonged Slow Expiration (PSE) is a novel airway clearance technique used in infants with respiratory diseases, usually with bronchial obstruction symptoms associated with excessive airway mucus secretion. The use of this technique can increase ciliary mucus clearance and reduce breathing difficulties. In the treatment of severe infant respiratory diseases complicated with GERD, PSE technology can obtain good curative effect without aggravating GERD symptoms even when non-invasive ventilator assisted support therapy is used at the same time. In view of the superiority of PSE in the physical therapy of infant respiratory diseases, this paper intends to discuss the efficacy and safety of PSE in the treatment of infant respiratory infections by reviewing the latest literature, so as to provide reference for the new methods of infant chest physical therapy.
