老龄化背景下高职院校养老服务专业发展困境及其对策

Dilemmas and Countermeasures for the Development of Elderly Care Service Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Aging

摘要: 在人口老龄化背景下，发展好高职院校养老服务专业是实现我国养老产业高质量发展的重要保障。高职院校养老服务专业人才作为我国养老服务产业的后备储蓄军，能够满足我国人口老龄化与养老服务市场对养老服务人才的多元化需求；同时，高职院校养老服务专业的发展促进养老服务专业学生的全面发展。高职院校养老服务专业发展面临着招生困难、人才培养定位模糊、教学软实力欠缺的问题，应采取扩展招生渠道、精准办学、优化师资队伍、产教融合等措施促进其发展，解决我国老龄市场庞大的服务需求。

Abstract: In the context of population aging, the development of elderly care service majors in higher vocational colleges is an important guarantee for the high-quality development of China’s pension industry. As the reserve force of China’s elderly care service industry, the elderly care service professionals of higher vocational colleges can meet the diversified needs of China’s aging population and the elderly care service market for elderly care service talents. At the same time, the development of the elderly care service major in higher vocational colleges promotes the all-round development of elderly care service students. The development of elderly care service majors in higher vocational colleges is faced with problems such as difficulties in enrollment, ambiguous positioning of talent cultivation, and lack of soft power in teaching. Measures such as expanding enrollment channels, running schools precisely, optimizing the teaching staff, and integrating production and education should be taken to promote development and solve the huge service demand of China’s aging market.
