以核心素养为导向构建高中英语读写课堂——以“The Internet Harms Friendships”为例
Constructing Senior High School English Reading and Writing Class under the Orientation of Core Literacy —Taking “The Internet Harms Friendships” as an Example
摘要: 近年来,高中英语课堂变得更具综合性,听说课、读写课、读思课等课型在一线教学中火热开展。然而,当前读写结合教学实践中,还存在着读写活动逻辑关联弱等问题,学生核心素养难以得到发展。本研究探讨以核心素养为导向的高中英语读写课堂的四大策略:教学语篇的研读要基于核心素养、教学目标的制订要融合核心素养、教学活动的设计要培养核心素养、教学评价的开展要围绕核心素养,并以“The Internet Harms Friendships”为例,围绕核心素养,研读语篇、制订教学目标、设计教学活动、开展教学评价。本研究希冀为高中英语教师提高读写教学质量、提升学生英语核心素养提供启示。
Abstract: In recent years, senior high school English class has become more comprehensive, with popular types of classes, such as listening and speaking, reading and writing, and reading and thinking. However, there are still problems in current reading and writing teaching practices, such as the logical connection between reading and writing activities, which makes it difficult to cultivate students’ core literacy. This study explores four strategies for a core-literacy-oriented high school English reading and writing class, namely reading and analyzing teaching texts based on core literacy, integrating core literacy into the formulation of teaching objectives, designing teaching activities to cultivate core literacy, and conducting teaching evaluations around core literacy. This study takes “The Internet Harms Friendships” as an example, using core literacy as the guiding principle to analyze teaching texts, formulate teaching objectives, design teaching activities, and conduct teaching evaluations. The study hopes to provide insights for high school English teachers to improve their reading and writing teaching quality and enhance students’ English core literacy.
