积极心理学视角下的大学生心理健康教育研究

Research on College Students’ Mental Health Education from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

摘要: 在现代社会中，大学生面临着来自学业、就业、人际交往等多方面的压力，这些压力对他们的心理健康构成了严峻的挑战。因此，心理健康教育在高校教育工作中变得尤为重要，它不仅是维护学生心理健康的重要手段，也是促进学生全面发展的保障。本文从积极心理学的视角出发，深入分析了积极心理学对大学生心理健康的积极作用，审视了当前大学生心理健康教育的不足之处，针对这些问题，提出了优化大学生心理健康教育的策略，旨在健全大学生的人格，帮助他们树立正确的三观，为他们的成长与发展奠定坚实的基础。

Abstract: In modern society, college students are faced with pressure from many aspects, such as study, employment and interpersonal communication, which poses a serious challenge to their mental health. Therefore, mental health education has become particularly important in college education, which is not only an important means to maintain students’ mental health, but also a guarantee to promote students’ all-round development. From the perspective of positive psychology, this paper deeply analyzes the positive effect of positive psychology on college students’ mental health, examines the shortcomings of current college students’ mental health education, and proposes strategies to optimize college students’ mental health education in view of these problems, aiming at improving college students’ personality, helping them establish a correct view of three aspects, and laying a solid foundation for their growth and development.
