摘要: 国家整合农村社会主要通过政策、经济和社会层面来建设、改变和塑造乡村社会的过程，可以从政策资源整合、经济资源整合、空间资源整合三个维度来对农村社会养老资源的现实问题进行分析。随着老龄化时代的加速到来，我国农村社会养老资源分散性问题愈发严重，政策的更迭加之政策的“碎片化”与“复杂性”导致农村养老政策的不断更新出现分散化的趋势，在农村养老资源的经济来源上又构成了多方主体参与的原子化态势，在国家对农村社会养老的支持下家庭养老空间的离散问题更加突出。这些问题亟待通过国家力量的参与对农村社会养老资源的各个维度进行整合，从而得出最优的现实路径选择。

Abstract: The national integration of rural society mainly through the policy, economic and social levels to build, change and shape the process of rural society, and can be from the policy resources integration, economic resources integration, and space resources integration of three dimensions to analyze the reality problems of the rural social pension resources. With the acceleration of the era of aging, China’s rural social endowment resources dispersion problem is increasingly serious. Policy change and policy of “fragmentation” and “complexity” in rural pension policy constantly update the trend of decentralization, the economic sources of rural endowment resources constitute the main body to participate in atomization situation, and the problem of the fragmentation of the family endowment space has become even more prominent in the context of the State’s support for rural social care. These problems urgently need to integrate all dimensions of rural social pension resources through the participation of state forces, so as to obtain the optimal realistic path choice.
