S-T分析视角下的语文课堂教学反思——对比两堂《白杨礼赞》教学实例
Reflections on Chinese Language Classroom Teaching from the Perspective of S-T Analysis—Comparing Two Teaching Examples of “Tribute to the White Poplar”
摘要: 教学反思是教师在完成教学任务后,系统地回顾整个教学过程,通过深刻的反思与综合的总结,旨在不断优化自身教学技能与效率的一项研究性实践活动。在进行教学反思之前,我们要做好准备工作——对课堂进行观察分析。本文通过S-T分析法和课堂实录的对比,发现《白杨礼赞》公开课存在诸多问题,例如讨论时间过长、教师提问给予思考时间不足等。这些问题有助于教师更好地反思,并寻找更有效的方法来提高课堂效率和增加课堂效益,从而促进教师专业化的成长。
Abstract: Teaching reflection is a research-based practical activity in which teachers systematically review the whole teaching process after completing the teaching task, aiming to continuously optimize their teaching skills and efficiency through profound reflection and comprehensive summary. Before conducting teaching reflection, we have to make preparations—to observe and analyze the classroom. In this paper, through the comparison of the S-T analysis method and classroom recordings, we found that there are many problems in the open class of “Tribute to the White Poplar”, such as too long discussion time, insufficient time given to reflection by teacher’s questions, and so on. These problems help teachers to reflect better and find more effective ways to improve classroom efficiency and increase classroom effectiveness, thus promoting teachers’ professional growth.
