摘要: 在人工智能的时代背景下，智能技术使得劳动方式在劳动工具、劳动工具与劳动者的关系、劳动组织形式、劳动的职能等四个方面发生了深刻变革。这些变革不仅重塑了生产实践活动的面貌，也对教育体系、职业培训、社会保障等方面提出了新的挑战，本文旨在提出相应措施以更好地适应人工智能时代的发展需求，促进劳动者的职业转型和就业质量的提升。

Abstract: In the era of artificial intelligence, intelligent technology has made a profound change in the labor mode in four aspects: labor tools, the relationship between labor tools and workers, the form of labor organization, and the function of labor. These changes not only reshape the face of production practice, but also put forward new challenges to the education system, vocational training, social security and other aspects. This paper aims to propose corresponding measures to better adapt to the development needs of the era of artificial intelligence, and promote the career transformation of workers and the improvement of employment quality.
