基于活力营造的城市商业街区修补设计策略研究——以济南市长清大学城商业街为例

Research on the Design Strategy of Urban Commercial Block Repair Based on Vitality Construction—Taking Jinan Changqing University Town Commercial Street as an Example

摘要: 新时代转型发展背景下，城市建设发展方式将由高速的“增量开发”模式向高质的“存量更新”模式转变。商业街区在当今城市发展中逐渐成为城市魅力与活力的象征，而部分商业街区空间利用率低下、活力欠缺，无法带动街区周边区域的发展甚至对城市的精神面貌起到了负面的作用。在此背景下，文章以济南市长清大学城商业街区为例，基于对城市街区外部空间形态与影响活力的要素展开研究，进而分析论证形成活力营造策略，试图为相关城市公共空间的修补设计提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract: Under the background of transformation and development in the new era, the mode of urban construction and development will change from a high-speed “incremental development” model to a high-quality “stock renewal” model. Commercial blocks have gradually become a symbol of urban charm and vitality in today’s urban development, while some commercial blocks have low space utilization and lack of vitality, which cannot drive the development of the surrounding areas of the block and even play a negative role in the spiritual outlook of the city. In this context, taking Jinan Changqing University Town Commercial Block as an example, this paper studies the external spatial form and factors affecting the vitality of urban blocks, and then analyzes and demonstrates the formation of vitality creation strategies, in an attempt to provide reference for the repair and design of relevant urban public spaces.
