Summary of Professor Chen Mingling’s Experience in Treating Skin Diseases Based on Six-Meridian Syndrome Differentiation

摘要: 六经辨证为张仲景于《伤寒杂病论》中首创的辨证方法，其在伤寒及杂病的论治方面有着显著的效果。我师陈明岭教授擅长应用六经辨证治疗皮肤病相关疾患，其归纳六经辨证之要点，以麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加减治疗太阳阳明合病之湿疹，以桂枝汤合麻黄加术汤治疗太阳太阴合病之荨麻疹，治疗少阳太阴合病之面部皮炎，予柴胡桂枝干姜汤加减化裁论治。经临床验证，六经辨证治疗皮肤疾患可取得显著疗效，现将陈教授应用六经辨证治疗皮肤病相关经验总结如下，并附医案一则。

Abstract: Syndrome differentiation of the Six Meridians is a dialectical method pioneered by Zhang Zhongjing in “Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases”, which has significant effects in the treatment of febrile and miscellaneous diseases. Our teacher, Professor Chen Mingling, is good at applying Six Meridian Syndrome Differentiation to treat skin diseases. He summarizes the key points of Six Meridian Syndrome. He uses Ephedra, Forsythia, Adzuki Bean Decoction to treat eczema caused by Taiyang-Yangming syndrome and uses Cinnamon Twig Decoction combined with Ephedra and Atractylodes Decoction to treat Taiyang. For urticaria caused by Taiyin syndrome, facial dermatitis caused by Shaoyang-Taiyin syndrome can be treated with Bupleurum Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction. It has been clinically proven that the Six Meridian Dialectical Treatment of skin diseases can achieve significant curative effects. Professor Chen’s experience in applying the Six Meridian Dialectical Treatment of skin diseases is summarized as follows, with a medical case attached.
