居家适老化改造的困境与对策——以杭州市G街道为例

Challenges and Countermeasures of Home Aging-Friendly Renovation—A Case Study of G Street in Hangzhou City

摘要: 目前，我国已正式迈入深度老龄化社会，老年人的照护需求急剧增长。然而，大多数老年人的居住空间并未进行适老化设计，这不仅影响了他们的生活质量，还增加了发生意外的风险。本文以杭州市G街道为例，分析了适老化改造在推进过程中遇到的经济条件限制、认知不足以及改造方案欠缺等问题。适老化改造是提升老年人生活质量、保障其安全与健康的关键举措，需要政府、社会、家庭等多方面的共同努力。未来，我们应持续优化改造方案和服务模式，以满足老年人日益增长的多元化需求。

Abstract: Currently, China has officially entered a deeply aging society, with a sharp increase in the care needs of the elderly. However, most elderly people’s living spaces have not undergone aging-friendly design, which not only affects their quality of life, but also increases the risk of accidents. Taking G Street in Hangzhou City as an example, this paper analyzes the challenges encountered in the process of promoting aging-friendly renovation, such as economic constraints, lack of awareness, and inadequate renovation plans. Aging-friendly renovation is a crucial measure to improve the quality of life and ensure the safety and health of the elderly, requiring joint efforts from the government, society, and families. In the future, we should continuously optimize renovation plans and service models to meet the growing and diversified needs of the elderly.
