浸润式教育理念下农村中学体育改革的成效和展望——以福建省三明市尤溪县管前中学为例
The Effectiveness and Prospects of Physical Education Reform in Rural Middle Schools under the Concept of Immersive Education—Taking Guanqian Middle School in Sanming Youxi of Fujian Province as an Example

摘要: 2021年国家发布“五项管理”通知,要求中小学校加强对学生的体质管理。“五项管理”同“双减”政策和课后延时服务,共同成为当下阶段义务教育领域推行的重点政策。改革前山区农村中学传统体育普遍存在经费和设施有限、体育课程和体育文化重视不够、教育和管理类观念落后三个方面的明显不足,而浸润式教育理念成为破局山区农村中学体育困局的策略,三明市尤溪县管前中学等多所学校推进浸润式体育改革均获得了显著成效。借鉴案例学校的经验,山区农村学校要推进跨学科、全师资的多元协作的浸润体育改革环境,社会各界要加强体育精神和物质文明建设,以提升农村学校体育教育质量,促进学生全面发展。
Abstract: In 2021, the government issued a notice on the “Five Management Measures”, requiring primary and secondary schools to strengthen the management of students’ physical fitness. The “Five Management Measures”, along with the “Double Reduction” policy and after-school extended services, have become key policies implemented in the current stage of compulsory education. Before the reform, traditional sports in rural middle schools in mountainous areas generally had three obvious shortcomings: limited funding and facilities, insufficient emphasis on physical education courses and sports culture, and outdated educational and management concepts. However, the concept of immersive education has become a strategy to break through the sports dilemma in rural middle schools in mountainous areas. Many schools, such as Guanqian Middle School in Youxi County, Sanming City, have achieved significant results in promoting immersive sports reform. Drawing on the experience of case schools, rural schools in mountainous areas should promote interdisciplinary and diverse collaboration among all teachers to infiltrate the sports reform environment. All sectors of society should strengthen the construction of sports spirit and material civilization, in order to improve the quality of physical education in rural schools and promote the comprehensive development of students.
